0.2.0 A view per tab, line numbers and wrapping

Settings move from the pane to the single tab.

• Source, split and rendered are remembered per file opened rather than per pane. Switching between tabs keeps the view each of them had.
• Line wrapping and line numbers in the source can be switched per tab. In the plain rendering the switches are greyed out, because they do nothing there.
• Fixed: the scroll position was overwritten when switching between tabs.
• An About dialog gives the name, the version and the origin of the icon. The installer offers to associate Markdown files with the application; uninstalling removes the association again.
• A two-pane layout: tabs can be moved into a second pane beside the first, each with its own tab strip and its own content.
• Wiki links are supported, optionally with a display text of their own. Where the extension is missing, it is added.
