0.32.0 Settings as a page of their own

The settings dialog gives way to a full page inside the tab system.

• The section navigation on the left, the chosen section on the right, at the full size of the program. The table of shortcuts finally has room enough.
• There is at most one such page per window; opening it again brings the existing one forward. It can be moved into the second pane and into other windows.
• Changing section keeps the draft. An error marks the section concerned in the navigation and blocks apply and OK.
• Nothing is saved until apply or OK; appearance values show a preview before that. New: closing the page without applying acts as a cancel and discards the preview.
• For the settings page, editing, saving, exporting and the view modes are switched off.
• Fixed: with a manual page open, save, save as and edit stayed clickable in the menu although they did nothing.
