0.37.0 PDF export

A document can be written out as a PDF, always light and regardless of the appearance you have set.

• “File → Export as PDF” with a default shortcut, along with a save dialog offering a sensible name next to the source file.
• What is printed is the rendered content. The source and live views switch briefly to the rendered view for the printing and return afterwards.
• The PDF is always light, even with a dark appearance. Formulas, code colouring, callouts, containers and tables appear as they do in the preview, and diagrams stay vector graphics.
• Page-break rules hold code blocks, tables, diagrams, formulas, callouts and embeds together where possible; a heading never stands alone at the foot of a page.
• A new settings section holds the page size, the orientation and the margins.
