0.45.0 Living lists of files inside a document

A block filters over the front matter of every file in the search space and shows what matches as a list.

• The block takes a logical expression over front matter fields, with equality and inequality, set comparisons, and and, or, not and brackets.
• Capitals do not matter in field names or values; list fields are checked as membership or as an intersection.
• Rendered, an alphabetically sorted, clickable list of every matching file appears. A click opens the file like a wiki link.
• Files added, changed or deleted reach visible lists without anything being done.
• An empty result, a syntax error with its position, and the states of the index appear as a notice at the block.
• The PDF export prints the state of that moment; the Markdown export leaves the block as source.
